Hmm, I would say that she's a girl. With the beautiful angelic wings and long flowing purple hair I would guess at first glance that she's a she!
But I may be wrong. Because if I had the purple hair and angel wings, as long as I was a dragon I wouldn't complain!

That's awesome! I love how you gave each dragon something special to survive in their element, like feathers for the air dragon. I like the earth dragon the most. He looks unique, as I never saw a dragon with roots and leafes before.
