for a first try that is pretty good my friend!
i think the head may be a little too big, but thats the only thing that strikes me as wrong, but it is still amazing.
the background is wonderful! the shading on the trees and snow is great, it makes it look 3d and like it is deep. and you put pawprints on the snow, i am in love!

I' would say that this is great, but there is a concern with this painting that I have to bring up. Did you create your black strait out of the tube, I ask because that is the worst thing you could do in painting. It makes whatever you’re painting completely dead. The best way of tackling black is to mix and when looking at reference always looks for hidden color
For example: this room is so cold but at least I have the light at the roof. I’m thinking that the green wall I'm imagining is greenish blue at the bottom, going into orange-green, gray green, violet-green, red-green until we reach the yellow light.
In this ice landscape, the tree's should not be bland gray going into black they should be mars black “which is dark blue going into greenish blue. Also the snow should be white unto grayish blue.
The background simple should not be as clear as it is. Look at a reference and realize that most backgrounds are blurred when zooming into the foreground. 
I’m sorry I hate to be such an artistic stickler but this is what my painting teacher would have suggested and I feel it would help you that much if you decided to apply these rules.

The black is mixed with a bit of white. So not straight of the tube but still very dark black. At the beginning of painting I decided to paint the whole picture only with three colours - titanium white, cyan and mars black. So no green...
But I know exactly what you mean, I had graduated from an art school and teachers always filled my head with these and similar phrases. But not much about realistic style, they said this style is "out", now is time for stupid modern art o.x
Thx for your suggestions again. But If it´s true what you say about real colours and so on... I could also say that simple this scenery doesn´t exist, white wolf with signs doesn´t exist and there isn´t any tree with star on the top in the forest... there are all mistakes? That´s extreme, I know but if I should draw everything right, how it is in real - I could take a photo of it in one second and don´t have to paint it for many hours.
What I wanted to say - I am an artist. I draw how I feel it, not how it should be

Well photographs are not realistic for that matter either, they capture of colors for the moment is completely wrong, there is no complete control over how you want the image to come out, and they make everything balanced in detail “ which is not the way people see things”
Not only do people have the advantage of seeing around their object with the left and right eye, they can actually capture the right colors of the scenery in front of them.
Also an artist hand fingerprint is identical to his drawing pattern,it's a thing that can not be replaced, also the energy you give to your painting is very well distinguished.
Anyway you do seem to have a good reason for not being taken into these rules but it's just that white and black are dead colors and for you to create black with lively colors would have improved upon the image, not saying that it has to be realistic

The background is absolutely stunning, especially for a traditional painting <33 I love those mountains in the back. And as for the worlf? Gorgeous: many people have been drawing wolves for months/years and can't even begin to compare to the wolf you've drawn there. :3

Na většině fotek/obrázků co jsem viděl, měli vlci vykreslené prsty všechny (tj. čtyři) - méně bylo zobrazenou pouze v pří.padě opravdu velmi stranového pohledu na tlapu. (U tohoto obrázku mi nepřijce že by byl braný z boku tak moc 
A to kopýtko je pravá zadní... ehm... tlapa

Pffff to zas ne!já nerada něco pouštím z drá pů!!! 
já bych klído i zkusila...i klidně tam olejovkama..od minulých vánoc se mi tu válí pěkná role plátna jen ho natáhnout na rám,ale zas...já prostě nevim CO kreslit s takovýma barvama....navíc ot je děsně časově a místově a uklízení..fakt nevim co s tím.
