"They're really into that game"

A commission for an irl friend with his Pokemon. When we were discussing what they'd look like, he didn't want them shiny, and he didn't want them in mega form, definitely not like Pokemon commissions I've seen. It was especially funny cause he's a shiny hunter. So, not shiny, but random colorization, so my Pokemon region came up, and that's why his Gengar looks different and isn't considered shiny. The region is somewhat based on Mexican culture, so, sugar skulls just made sense, and the Gengar line is actually found in the region...so, yeah
