"Ready for the luau~"

So, this one has been on my back burner for a while, and it found itself on the front when I was sketching. So, how I came up with this design was actually kinda out of the blue. I was in class, sketching, instead of paying attention, when the idea of drawing my Alola trainers' Pokemon gijinkas. This was seen more on Twitter where i was making a deal about not wanting to give them all tattoos, and so far, it's becoming the case, eh...only for the alola forms though. But, back to the design choice, I was in class sketching and when Exeggutor came up, I thought, "How do I translate this?" Well, it actually came a bit easier than I thought, a hula dancer seemed to make the most sense, and it fit the idea of what Jeff's Exeggutor's personality would act like. Sorta, nonchalant, macho fatherfigure type that kinda likes to show off, super generic I know.....and yeah, that's it. This one was fun because a lot of people stumped by which Pokemon, but then others were like, "Exeggutor, duh." It was beautiful XD

So, I think he's showing off with his Flamethrower attack....what a showoff. Also, another thing, if you've been paying attention to the tattoos I've given the Alolan gijinka, you'll notice something about them, look up some Pokemon Alolan form theory videos on Youtube....you'll see
