XD!!!!!!!!This is made for someone who needed a wittle bit of help / explenation about how i made my icon wiggle
<3 that person lolits a explenation about how i made them wiggle in photoshop CS2 (echo... )

For future animations, you can download microsoft .gif animator. It's what I use. :3 Best of all, it's completely freeeeee.
only requirement is that you have to have the individual frames already saved as .gifs. I use Giffy to make .gifs since MS paint screws up the colors in them. (Giffy converts .bmp images to .gifs.) [link] It's free, too. :3

I'm having problems moving my character down once I've done the eraser step, which cut tool do you use?
I have Photoshop CS2
*hasn't had much time to actually work with Photoshop so is a bit of a CS2 noob

you can use the magic want tool ( W )
The select button: rectangular marquee tool ( M )
--In the tool window , first icon on the left:
or just the ''select all button''
--You can find that one in: Select -> Select all.

I tried the magic wand tool and it just selects the whole image, then when I try the marquee tool and I try to move it, it just moves the dotted box not the image, and the select all button does the same as the wand tool
do you have any other suggestions? maybe I'm doing something wrong

with the magic wand tool you can select ''tolerance''. I think its on 222+ orso to start with ( with this number it selects everything ) Change that to 50 , just play with it and find the perfect number!
If oyu use the rectangular marquee tool ( M ) (after selecting ) you click on the icon on the right of this one, the Move tool (v)
Use the mouse button on the selected area, and drag this one down!
