Was looking through old drawings and found a really old design of Draken, before Dragkira (The dragon) was even a thing. Felt inspired to draw these two together. It's weird seeing what she used to be compared to what she is now. Weird to think she actually used to be a more innocent mare back then, when now she's more of a violent villain. But then again, she didn't really have much personality back then either.
Drawing her design again with more experience, I actually... don't hate it. Even though it's sort of a Rainbow Dash recolor with Nightmare Moon's wings, the colors aren't that bad. But at the same time, her current design fits her more.
It's funny to see that one of her biggest change was becoming fluffier. XD She's a big, intimidating floof.
Apparently I like drawing Draken in sunsets. This is the second one I've done for her. lol.
