The Hulk as an Oni Yokai
Lore:
Kioshi Hiroshi was an innocent and peaceful man, born with a terrible curse. His mother was the bride of a mighty dark wizard named Itachi, who runs an empire of yokais, worshipping his evil master, known as the Jade Demon Emperor. At the day of Kioshi's birth, Itachi would offer his own flesh and blood in a ritual for his master to possess and take form of his body as his own to conquer the mortal realm. Fortunately, the mother intervene and stopped the ritual, saving her infant from total possession as she and Kioshi ran away. While the Demon Emperor couldn't take full possession on Kioshi's body, a small fraction of his power managed to get in. To ensure his demon powers won't awaken, his mother left him in the hands of monks, raising him as their own 'til the day comes.
Years later, the day had come, and his demon powers awaken, turning him into a ferocious green beast from anger and frustration, that both man and yokais alike feared it. Some even call it, "The Green Destroyer". After finding out about this dark curse of his past, he wanders off alone into the valleys in search for a cure or a miracle that could help him back to normal. He would occasionally wear a knot of spellcasting paper to tame his power when he gets enraged, but can only hold him for a short amount of time.
