this was made in July as a color less doodle, before a new mlp episode appears: the Cart before the ponies. So it's not the best or better work that im sharing here. Anyway this was set in the fanfic crossover story Fallout, and it's up to the viewers of what you wanted to make a story of this, or not.

old idea: Littlepip is supposed to be on the pink toy pedal car, but i draw the mane first leaving no space for the horn so that's a random earth pony outside wasteland. And the owl character is Bill Cipher in disguise as an owner of the race. He likes the Derby race as a tradition/practice so he and ponies revived it with creativeness.

describe update: i used crayons ballpen pencil eraser and colored pencils to finished this. if anyone wondering
