A blue poison dart frog, or Azureus dendrobates made with watercolors and black china ink.
They live on the ground and among the plants, because their paws were not made for swimming. Their black spots are their own identification, as they are different to each frog. Their neon blue skin serves as a warning to predators of the poison they have.
