Description

Here we have echo, a cybernetic slug who can be energetic, but often keeps to himself with his bodyshape hidden by whatever suit he dons on account of being hunted for being very blurry along the lines of organic and digital... If you know Lancer lore, you might know why.

Echo is a very borderline character in reserve, as they aren't human, but they shouldn't force a whole campaign rewrite to accomodate them, and they gain no benefit for their abilities without the things to utilize them, as fou could suggest that most Lancers have a neural jack to the same effect... and the 3rd party NHP rules would be optional with how they boarder on being an NHP with a organic body... choice of cascade is up to the DM.
