I like the combo of red and black. And gosh! Her hands! You got them just right!
I admit even I have a lot of trouble getting that part of the anatomy right. XD
((Just work on the bodily proportions, and that'll add to anatomical accuracy. 
I like her scythe. You have a good eye for design and detail for weapons.
