List of notes on this still unnamed Drogo Hound Variant

-They can float because they eat rocks that react weirdly inside their stomachs.
-They live either alone or in groups of two to four other creatures of their own kind, usually being related to eachother or mates.
-They share territory with the also unnamed Skybird Variant Packs, who are aggressive to everything else but them.
-They eat bugs, fish, shellfish, and roots. They can and will snack on flowers as well when they are in bloom.
-Because they are floaty, when they dive underwater they suck up a bunch of water in order to try and stay under the surface of the water. This water is stored in a weird chest pouch thing (like a second stomach but in front of the main one), which can be spat out as a defense mechanism. Yes this is gross.
-They're actually rarer than the other Drogo Hounds.
-They are able to communicate with humans, as they can learn how to write extreamly easily due to their 'hands'. However they're both full of themselves and mildly spooked by humanity.
-Sometimes males have these bony orb things on the tip of their tails. Nobody knows what the orb is for but it's made of the same stuff their horns and teeth.
-During the middle of summer their underbelly scales will turn different colors, with females getting much lighter, almost pure white scales and males getting colorful scales. Despite this sounding like something that would happen during a mating season, it is not. Instead they all just start fighting eachother. Not for mates. Not for territory. Just because.
