Well from the drawing and lyrics, you guys probably already guess what movie was inspired by this

I've been meaning to draw this ever since I saw Moana, it was such gorgeous movie. They really did a spot on job of the scenery of the beaches and the sea, and believe me take it from a girl who's lived 9 years of her life on sub-tropical island of Okinawa, Japan (In fact that movie made me feel a bit home sick....I'm never gonna see true ocean water every again QnQ)

Okay aside from that, after watching the "How Far I'll Go" scene the first thing that popped in my head was a teenage Xana. And soon one thing lead to another a made this of teen Xana gazing the horizon of the ocean, wondering what lies beyond the sea

Now before anyone points this out, yes I'm aware that the wave texture is a bit off and the sky and sun look awful, and I'm sorry but without the combination of Paintshop on my laptop, I'm afraid its back to basic Gimp till farther notice
