Okay so I made this a while back and I've been wanting to post it, however there were a two things that prevented me of doing this. First off work (obviously XP) and second this little drawing here of Pod and Rufus was suppose to have a story with it on how they met however it took too damn long ><* As much as I wanted I just can't do it...FAQ!

Anyway just to cut some corner, I'm just gonna make short summaries of each drawing panel that will make up whole story.

Panel 1: While waiting for his trainer, G, Rufus got hungry and spots a tree that has Oran berries on it. As he climbed up the tree close to a berry, Rufus heard a strange loud growling sound that kinda spooks him enough that he didn't see that he stepped on a thin branch and fell from the tree. Thankfully he landed on something soft, but that something was someone and that someone was a very shocked Pod.

Panel 2: At first Rufus thought he might have to deal with a very angry Charizard, but thankfully Pod is very mellow and laid-back and doesn't get aggressive with Rufus. Confused on why Pod won't attack him, Rufus rudely questions him about it until on the young Chimchar's insistent, Pod humbling obliges him with some friendly sparing. Though Rufus acts tough and skeptical during their "sparing", Pod seems to be having fun as Rufus keeps missing his attack when Pod's dodges and will give the young fire Pokémon some helpfully advice.

Panel 3: After some many misses Rufus finally manages to lay a hit on Pod's stomach. Although it wasn't a hard one, Pod playful goes down on a knockout, tired of trying to act tough, Rufus decides to drop the act and have some fun by tickling Pod's belly causing the large Pokémon to laugh loudly.

Panel 4: After a fun "sparing", Rufus gets hungry again and wants to try getting the Oran berries again, this time he gets the help of his new teacher and friend, Pod.

Panel 5: While having their snack, Rufus jokingly tells Pod that his stomach is as squishy and soft as the berries, which Pod doesn't really mind.

So ya that's how Rufus and Pod met....I'm tired...bed now =3=
