Yeah so I guess this can be part of the comic, I don't know yet but I draw something with Toothless before Berk. In a scene when Toothless tries to get to know Nightshade, he asks her that if she meet any other night furies, but Nightshade said that he's the first. She asks him the same thing and Toothless says the only one he last saw before Nightshade is his mother, Youssia. He remembers being born on a grassy valley and first thing he saw when he opened his eyes was a pair of lovely yellow gold eyes filled with love.

Aside from the different shade of green eyes, baby Toothless looks like little Askar
