This is a tutorial on how I draw the head/neck of a dragon (sorry this isn't a good and specific tutorial this is my first one I've ever done and I just wanted to show my process)-First draw a circle (EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A CIRCLE)
-Then snout and line for neck, then curved line in middle of the circle to show where eyes will go
-usually the line for neck becomes the line in between the underbelly and the rest as you can see
-draw the other line for underbelly and rest of neck
-ears and horns
-eyes
-Scales
-if you want add some sort of thing along the edge of the neck/spinal ridge like webbed spikes
