The Plantars, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Sakura and Kero have been whisked away with Anne back to her hometown Los Angeles after King Andrias had betrayed them, Taiku, Bloom and all of their friends though his invasion plans have been taken over by Dark Taiku who is now fully revived and free to terrorize Amphibia and the rest of the Multiverse, Marcy has been stabbed in the aftermath by traitorous king while she, Grime and Sasha are left behind in Amphibia and with the Calamity Box now in Dark Taiku's possession, he begins making his own plans for Universal domination which starts with the rival of a certain formidable enemy of Godzilla's; King Ghidorah! Guided by Mothra's spirit, Godzilla is drawn to Los Angeles to aid Taiku in the ultimate fight against Dark Taiku and Ghidorah as the Alpha Titan calls on all the Kaiju, even Kong who comes up from the Hollow Earth to join in the fay after making peace with the King of the Monsters following their big grudge match and later team up to take down his mech counterpart in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, back in Amphibia, King Andrias and his secret boss will not surrender their invasion to Dark Taiku peacefully as they have Marcy recoperating in a tank following the treacherous Newt King's stabbing of her. Meanwhile in Wartwood, Sasha and Grime with the League of Darkness's support gather as much forces as they can to help take down the Traitor King, Taiku's pure evil counterpart after seeing how lethal, powerful and dangerous he is and Godzilla's greatest enemy. Though having settled in Los Angeles and having a Kajiu-sized alliance on their side, Anne and her new extended family face new challenges from the Feds pursing the Plantars, Monarch protecting Taiku from another criminal oginization out to use his powers and his bond with Godzilla for their own personal gain since MechaGodzilla was a failure and the coming invasion now under the command of Dark Taiku and Ghidorah while Anne learns how to control her Calamity Powers. Now our heroes prepare for whats to come next as they defeat Dark Taiku and Ghidorah and bring Andrias to justice. But when all this ends, will Anne reunite with Marcy, make peace with Sasha and say goodbye to her extended new family and friends?
