Reading the second gone series, and this guy is fantastic. He cuts down a bridge and then the book spends, if my memory serves me correctly, several pages detailing the death, destruction, and horror it caused. It’s rather horrifying actually and then at the end of it he just says: “Cool.”
That’s it. That’s all he has to say about it. 🤣
‘Also, this character is an artist, and I have to say the author nailed that mentality. He looks at all kinds of stuff and goes: “that would look cool in a painting though-“ the main difference is that for me it’s… normal things, like landscapes and animals, and for him it’s usually any scene of death, carnage and destruction.

This guy also kind of imagines himself as a comic book character, so I decided to try and do a “comic book style” for him.
