Holy crap! This is so good, I'm surprised with myself! Neptune was such a gorgeous design, I had to try my hand at her. Her shape itself isn't hard by any means...but the scales....the scales, I handpainted each myself. And I originally botched up the water loops, but I manipulated the layers in FireAlpaca and managed to fix it~Neptune belongs to DragonThatDraws artfight.net/~DragonThatDraws
