Whoa haha, thanks. Let's see, this is just pretty much drawboard/oekaki style stuff.
In photoshop for instance you could -
make a layer, use the pencil tool without any pressure sensitivity (so it gets that rough blocky look)
Since it's pixelated, it's easy to simply fill solids with the Paintbucket. Then it's just select and shade. So pretty economical and rough, just the way I like it.
