Name: Blizzore Frostikov III

Other names: Snowflake (Heckapoo and Pony Head)

Occupation: Prince of Frostika

Home: Frostika, the ice and snow dimension. It is a dimension where it is so cold, it's like putting the North Pole, Antarctica, Alaska and Russia together. Frostika looks very much like Russia during winter most of the time. It is a dimension where mining is the top occupation. In Frostika, the people there mine precious metals, minerals, gemstones and even ice. Ice is the number one thing to mine because his people use it to build structures such as homes and walls.

Powers and abilities: Dimensional travel (via dimensional scissors)

Ice and Snow Magic- Blizzore has the ability to use ice magic. He can shoot beams of ice from his hands or eyes, flash freeze enemies, turn water into ice, create living manifestations of ice and snow such as ice golems and snowmen, create constructs of ice and snow such as weapons, statues, full body armor and etcetera, creating wintry weather such as snow and hailstorms and he also has ice breath.

Glacier Push: Summon a glacier that slams into enemies and run them over.

Snow Beasts: A spell that creates monstrous snowmen that follow your commands.

Bitter Freeze: A spell that slowly encases someone into a frozen hibernated state.

Cold Cast: Creates a cloud bank that blocks out the sun and cools the area within the cloud bank with snow.

Instinet Ice: Can turn water from solid to liquid in a flash.

Icicle Crusher: Creates a massive cloud bank and large icicles fall from the sky.

Black Ice: Blizzore has the ability to make his ice spells into black ice spells and the black ice is so cold, it burns like fire. It takes a lot of energy and sometimes Blizzore can't control his black ice spells. Sometimes when Blizzore uses black ice spells, he can't be stopped until he either wastes his energy or until he gains control again.

Enhanced Strength- Blizzore is incredibly strong. He can carry many things at a time and he can even move large objects such as boulders and other heavy things.

Geological/Metallurgical/Glaciological Intelligence- Because Blizzore is from a snow and ice dimension that specializes in mining, he knows a lot of things about all things rock, mineral, gemstone, metal and ice related.

Fluent in Russian- Blizzore in fluent in Rusian which happens to sound very similar to his dimensions native language.

Heat Resistance- Blizzore can support high heat temperatures, because of his low body temperature.

Weapon/Hand to hand combat- Blizzore is quite skilled when it comes to both weapon and hand to hand combat.

Weapons: Staff with hammer and sickle that can split up into a separate hammer and sickle.

Appearance: Blizzore is a blue skinned male humanoid with blue eyes and white hair. He wears a long sleeved white shirt with a giant blue snowflake on it and he wears long white pants with white shoes.

Personality: Blizzore is usually level headed and he's the kind of person who would never abandon a friend in need. Blizzore can become serious when it comes to things such as missions, ruling his kingdom and getting a job done. Blizzore is the kind of person that likes to follw the rules of things and doesn't like to stop until the job is done. The only thing that really upsets Blizzore is seeing his friends get hurt, having to repeat himself and peole interrupting him when he's working. Blizzore also speaks in a Russian accent. If there's something that Blizzore likes, he will say "da" and if there is something he doesn't like, he will say "net". Sometimes if Blizzore is really upset, he completely loses it and uses black ice spells. Sometimes Blizzore can't control his black ice spells and he can't be stopped until he either wastes his energy or gains control again.

Relationships: Star Butterfly- Blizzore has met Star when he first met her parents and finds Star a little childish at times.

Marco Diaz- Blizzore sees Marco as a person who doesn't like to stop until the job is done and respects Marco's follow the rules policy. Blizzore sees Marco as a close friend who has a strong work ethic.

Tom- Blizzore sees Tom as a danger to both himself and those around him. He especially dislikes Tom on account that last time they met, he nearly turned Blizzore's castle into a puddle.

Equipment: Staff with hammer and sickle that can split into a regular hammer and sickle- It is actually a standard mining tool and effective melee weapon in Frostika. The hammer is used for breaking rock and ice while the sickle is used for slicing ice and picking things out of rocks.

Dimensional Scissors- Blizzore has his own pair off dimensional scissors which he uses as his means of transportation and for pushing enemies in.
