My 28th deviation for #drawtober2023Day 28 is draw an Owl. I decided to draw Mr. Owl from the Tootsie Pop commercials holding two tootsie pops that have October/Halloween colored wrapping on them.
Gonna be honest, I didn't really put much thought into this drawing.
