Description
This is of the OC's that I created. His name is Razor the raptor; he's just as smart as Spike, but mostly smarter on the engineering side. He'd studied lots of things, different kinds of engineering, electronics, computer programming, and a bunch of other things. He also learned to speak Russian.I got the idea for this character from seeing Tezz in Battle Force 5. I came up with the name myself. He's also rather "electrifying".
Powers:
-lighting bolt
-electric balls
-lighting speed
-can talk to machines (since most things have electricity running through it)
