Finished the hextech volibear V2.0. The Telsa coils are what I really like about it and someone suggested give his arms some exhaust pipes much like the tail of hextech Anivia.Alot of people liked it and want the skin to be pushed like the bunny Riven did. So I'm hoping they give it the same response as Riven had gotten. Look for it to go up on the LoL forums soon and lets hope we make it happen.
done in paint tool sai with lightning effects done in painter 12
