Devlin is the final new character of DP Season 4, voiced by Richard Stephen Horvitz. Devlin has a mysterious connection to the now gone Reality Gems. He originally had no name, but Danny nicknames him Devlin because of his devlish little attitude.

Being a rather small ghost, he is incredibly childish. He has a limitless amount of power to turn into anything, create anything, can actually crawl out of a thermos and just about any reality warping powers dubbed too impossible for even a ghost. He has no interest in causing harm or anything, but rather wants to have fun and thinks everything around him is a game.
