My entry for the Paper Mario Club contest, which consists of creating a new partner for Mario.This is Bloo. He is Blooey's fan, and when he heard Blooey joined a legendary green hero, Bloo decided to take his place as #1 surfer. He is an acuatic racer and self-proclaimed hero. He has a bold nature and acts without thinking. One day, Bowser's minions start causing trouble in his town, so he fights them, but ends losing. Mario them enters the battle and saves him. Impressed by Mario's fighting skills, he decides to join him.
Mario can cross lakes and rivers by using Bloo as a surfboard. His stats are:

damage 4, plus makes enemy miss 50%
