Yeah it's supposed to, you have to encounter it 12 times and them it'll appear in the sea spirit's den where you can actually battle them. It's a pain though, you can track them with the Pokedex if you click on them for the location.
I've used it in battle when I was training it, nothing special really but I'd say better than average.

Yeah, dA is very glitchy these days and we have lazy admins that never fix anything either. Sometimes I actually consider leaving dA.

Lol but if you don't have a dusk stone then it's not gonna have the full effect of being a shiny.

Not since that last one but I've had submission problems before too, my main problem with this website is its horrible connection, no other webpage 'stops responding' or loads to a blank white page other than dA so it can't be my internet when every other tab I have up is working perfectly.
Mine has a German name though and I don't like that, I hate when the names aren't in English for my Pokemon and I REALLY hate ended up with nicknamed Pokemon - might be an OCD ... or POCD - Pokemon Obssessive Compulsive Disorder

My main dA issue is thumbnails not loading which is a major pain when you have alot of group submissions to get through and you can't see any of them to be able to accept them.

you'd have to click on each individual image to see it on o Gosh, i have actually had the thumbnail thing happen a few times but it usually fixes itself, I assumed that it was just cuz my internet is slow and takes a while to load o:

That can sometimes fix the thumbnails if I click on them but most of the time it just pretends to load them, gets really annoying.

Exactly, I always used to worry about it being my laptop or internet too but then I spotted that dA was the only website that would have problems so eventually I worked out that dA was the problem, not everything else.

Same for me, also the most annoying. Another one I get is when I reply to comments and it won't send my replies to people and a little box with the word 'error' will pop up on my screen. Do you ever get that?

basically the thumbnail one and when I go to search for art on the main page, i get an error so i usually have to click the search button again to get the results xD other than that, i havent noticed anything major as of yet O:

Oh yeah I forgot about that one. I get the search thing too and it just comes up with a green page and the little error text on it. If I don't get that one for the search then it'll be the thumbnails issue instead. Sometimes it'll just pretend to load the pages too and then eventally go to a white page that is no longer dA saying something about the connection server timed out.
Thank God I'm not the only one! I get it occassionally too but I end up having to close the dA tab for 5-10 minutes before it'll sort itself out.

They barely deal with the theft that goes on, they're not gonna sit for, potentially, hours to sort out all the bugs on this website.
Hmm depends on the bugs really. I'm no expert but I know a tiny bit more than what majority of people probably do so I know that something on a computer that can be an easy fix is very easily turned into a big problem that can take hours of staring at the screen.
