Here are some of my hero academia fanfiction characters I've come up with.

To show off the character in action. I made a trading card version of them in their hero costumes.

Here are some of the details on the character.

Abilities:
Her quirks can alter how other people's quirks are activated, function, or what requirements are needed to use them.
She needs to build up enough energy to use this quirk. Otherwise, it takes from her stamina and could kill her if she overextends herself.
There are some limitations to how much she can alter another's quirk.

Her secondary quirks that Thomas Kolb gifted her with include Optical Communication (being able to communicate words, thoughts, and ideas through direct contact with one another eyes.), Size, Alteration, DensityAlteration, Nomu Regeneration & Healing.

Fanfiction Character Short back story Concept:
(could be used as another story installment arc of my hero academia series or maybe a non-canon movie).

A terrifying concern on everyone's mind during the first years of Quirk acceptance was worried that international powers would attempt to enlist quirk users as frontline super soldiers.

But all world government powers finally agreed against forcibly using quirk users in any confrontation.

If history teaches us anything, it's that when the government has the opportunity to get ahead of its rivals will do anything to achieve it.

Our story begins with the Q.U.I.R.K. (Quirk United International Regulation Keepers) operation office station in Ghana is under the control of "Officer Isaac Mensah" utilizing his quirk, "Silver Tongue."

Allowing him to make almost anyone believe any lie or falsehood he told to be an irrefutable fact. Now with the organization's resources at his command, Officer Mensah set out to make his super quirk army by means necessary.

To which he began operation: "Quirk Masters." Which is to find and "enlist" any individual with abilities to affect another person's quirk in any way.

Where he adduction of nine-year-old Thomas Kold for his Q.E.M. quirk (Quark Exchange-Master, A.k.a. All for All) and forced the child into special combat unit training by brainwashing Thomas with his "Silver Tongue" quirk.

Over time, Officer Mensah used Thomas's ability under the false guise of destroying criminals' quirks which were too dangerous to keep in captivity, when he was way having Thomas collect a criminal's quirks and replace them with dormant ones (basically leaving them quirkless).
Fortunately, Thomas broke free of his control but couldn't escape from Officer Mensah.

Some decades afterward, with the enlistment of Rei Hōjō into the Quirk Masters project, Thomas began sending a plan to get Rei back home to her family and put an end to the project, once and for all.

Immediately after Rei and Thomas fleeting the Q.U.I.R.K. facility Officer Mensah pursued them through Ghana, and just about to he could capture them, luckily Thomas used a risky tactic that landed them a few miles short of Japan's U.A. Academy.
