Today we have my version of Megatron and Starscream that I had originally for my Transformers overdrive idea.

With Megatron's arm cannon having a swing arm attachments so that it could switch between the left and right arms during mid battle.
As to his Cybertron vehicle form, I was thinking along the lines of a Cybertronian Stealth bomber, that had huge tank treads on its back end and a pop out smaller tank tread up front.

With Starscream, of course he's a present-day advanced model of a US Air Force fighter jet (I'm not sure what model is currently in use and I don't want bother looking to find out).
But I did want to stop the current trend of having some part of a transformer's armor sticking out of the back, like a pair of wings.
So I made it that his wings function similar to a Japanese kimono sleeves.
I never got around to drawing in his weapons, so that's that.
