Description
Erase an unnecessary line: the body guidance line between the left left and wing.

Draw the three remaining feathers for the right wing. Each feather should be shorter than the one before it, making a tiered appearance.

Draw the three remaining spikes of fur between the legs. The longest piece should be the third, or middle, piece, and the two outer pieces should be the shortest. Like with the fur on the chest, erase a small section in the line to make it look more natural.

Near the left wing, draw a rounded triangular shape on the shortest feather. Please not that this is behind the wing and should not overlap. It is the only visible part of the cylindrical tail in this picture.

From the odd triangular shape we just drew, draw a flowy line from it all the way to the right wing. Again, this is behind the two wings so make sure they do not overlap. This is the guidance line for the flowy part of Reshiram's tail.

Always remember to draw lightly and look at the end result picture if you need help!
