History

Born out of the ever growing need for closer to life combat stimulation, Hexadecimal’s base purpose is to push her trainees to the limits by surpassing the limits of virtual reality and instead manipulating ‘true’ reality.
In order to prove the superiority of the cyber-being made reality, a sample of the Hex coding was injected into the world-linking Nexus of brawl as a test, both of her abilities, and of whether the physical world is ready to deal with a computer system that comes directly to it.

Fun fact: Her name is a direct reference to Hexadecimal notation, considered the human-friendly form of binary.

Personality
Hexadecimal is spritely, enthusiastic, and carefree, usually treating everything as a game. This external show is largely a front however, designed to put subjects as ease, as underneath the shiny coating lies the merciless, coldly efficient calculating power of… well… a computer. As a result it’s best to assume multiple programs are running simultaneously to predict countless moves ahead, along with the most comfortable and convenient method to reduce you to so much biological waste material.

Abilities

Hexadecimal can manipulate her structure into a wide variety of forms, and download and copy attack patterns from ‘donors’. Much to her creators’ annoyance she insists on referring to the latter as ‘downloading dress-spheres’ and donning at least part of the data subject’s form or dress.

Additionally Hex possesses limited control over energy, and staggering control over technological systems, her combat efficient programming being perfect for manipulating all but the most advanced of code.

Being comprised of pure data and energy, her major weakness is sheer brute force and repetitive blows, as her body is fragile, even with larger forms, to the point that rather than the highly energy-inefficient process of swiftly constructing frames with greater structural strength, she tends to attempt to out-reconstruct any damage dealt to her frame and directly remove attackers.

Nb: Electromagnetism does not provide a major flaw in the v3, due to Hex’s control abilities. Yes, this refers to you, Balls.

Additionally, cutting Hex’s physical form off from wireless transmissions cuts off her continuous data flow from computer to ‘body’. This prevents her from downloading attack patterns, and greatly cripples her repair/structure manipulation functions.
