When scanning both cards, Ginga and X faces towards the screen besides Gai as their upper chest are also shown. After scanning both cards, Gai swings his arms in a circular fashion similar to Ginga's transformation sequence and throws his arms back to his left similar to X's transformation sequence and then raises the Orb Ring up. His silhouette does not evaporate and the scene skips to his rise. During the rise sequence, Orb rises with his arms crossed in front of his chest like X does, rising in a galaxy similar to Ginga's rise before changing to cyberspace and releasing an "X" construct while having a spiral galaxy behind it. He changes his arm positions as the background changes yet again to resemble X's, while yellow lightning bolts come off him throughout the rise scene.

Lightning Attacker (ライトニングアタッカー, Raitoningu Atakkā) is Orb's cyber mechanic-based form which uses the powers of Ultraman Ginga and Ultraman X. Unlike most live-action Fusion Up forms, Lightning Attacker opted Orb Origin's Protectors for one that resembles X's Ultra Armor and Ginga's crystals.
In this form, Orb gains additional armor and his attacks are charged with electricity.
This form first appeared as one of the four game-exclusive Fusion Ups in Version 1 of Ultraman Fusion Fight! before it materialized as a statue that was put on display at various events, and then made into a suit for Ultra Fight Orb. It also appeared in the second stage show of 2016 Ultraman Festival, which Orb uses to fight against the biological weapon Zett and his army of Zettons. However, said appearance was not in-suit, but rather in CGI. Like the TV appearances of Ultraman Orb's Fusion Up, this one also had its own announcement: "Lend me the possibility of the future!" (未来への可能性お借りします！, Mirai e no Kanōsei Okarishimasu!).
This form's name is derived from Ginga's "Ginga Thunderbolt" (a synonym of Lightning) and X's "Attacker X".

Abilities
Durability: Due to being covered in Cyber Mechanic armor, Orb is much more durable in this form and easily shrugs off attacks that would otherwise be dangerous.

Attacker Ginga X (アタッカーギンガエックス, Atakkā Ginga Ekkusu): Orb charges himself with electricity before he levitates in mid-air and forms an "X" formation to launch an energy stream.
Physical
Orb Punch (オーブパンチ, Ōbu Panchi): An electric-infused punch attack.
Orb Kick (オーブキック, Ōbu Kikku): An electric-infused kick attack.
Deflection: Orb is able to deflect an incoming beam attack using the crystals on his arms by charging them with electricity.
Electric Surge: After grabbing an opponent, Orb can conduct electricity through his hands and arm crystals to shock them. Used against Galactron MK2.
Combination
Mega Kizuna Beam (メガキズナ光線, Mega Kizuna Kōsen, lit. Mega Bond Beam): A combination attack performed alongside Ultraman X. This ability appears in Ultraman Festival 2017.
Unused
Ginga X Saber (ギンガエックスセイバー, Ginga Ekkusu Seibā): Orb summons swords from the crystals on his hands, which strike the sky and release an impact wave on the enemy.
Ginga X Lightning (ギンガエックスライトニング, Ginga Ekkusu Raitoningu): Using the crystals on the sides of his head, Orb sends an analysing wave at the target, and gathers data. With that data, he launches a pinpoint lightning strike at them.
Past Ultra Warrior Finishers
In the first two versions of Ultraman Fusion Fight!'s, players can also gain access to the finishers of his Fusion Up components, which depends on the listed finisher of the card used to form the fusion.
