It's Emily with Dekira..and She's dead and slowly disappearing.
The words on the picture aren't Dekira saying it it was the last words Emily said to him before she died.
yeah Maybe before she died he was sad or something and she went out of her way to protect him and ended up dying.
I guess it's sad. But I made this cause I wanted to vent a little about things.
