DxDx - extention present
nDx - extention present
DDx - extention present
DD - no extention (will appear as a regular dun)
nD - no extention (will appear as a regular dun)
Extended Dun is a modifier only for the dun gene. This extension will only only be present with the dun color.
Extended striping will only be in the same color as the legs/face of the horse.
Extended Dun markings go over all white markings (sabino, tobiano, overo, roan, leopard, etc.)
There is no difference in appearance between heterozygous (nDx) and homozygous (DxDx).
