He really is the manliest elf evah XD He has the manliest voice in the entire game. It amuses me that the elf has darker voice than the dwarf, that doesn't happen often. Really cool light in this picture ^^

I can't decide what class/gender combo I want to start with, though. I'm planning two playthroughs, a mage and a rogue, one male and one female, but I don't know which to start with. Maybe... female rogue? I'm definitely getting Sebastian and I know I have to be a lady to try the chaste romance route. XD And rogue seems more... neutral, as far as the mage pride/mage hate stuff goes.
Then again, I want to see what it's like to have Carver in my party, and I still have no interest in Bethany...

girl, believe me, mages are awesome in that game. I finished game 2 times as a mage, and I'm still like KYAAAA over mages. I made m!Hawke warrior too but.. it's not the saaame ;u;
(and Sebastian.. KILL HIM WITH FIRE >.> -dramatic music-)
Carver is one of my fav charas in all game. FO' REAL. Play as a mage, AND YOU WON'T REGRET.

I read the official story they posted for Sebastian though, and I -really- liked it. I have a thing for characters who are honestly pious, I usually like them as a general rule, so the odds that I'll like him seem pretty good right now.
My problem with playing a mage first is actually the new gameplay style, all manic and fast. I really hated the new battle/spellcasting stuff when I played the demo the first time with a mage, but then when I did it as a rogue I enjoyed it. It was depressing! I wondered where my mage pride had gone all of the sudden.
