(Hitman vs. Uramiya Honpo)

While it's not as dynamic or known as Agent 47 vs tf2 Spy, it is one that relies on a lot of disguises, mind games and trying to figure out where's the next target is.

Connections:
Both are more or less "nameless" assassins(of sorts) who are known to specialized in sabotage/revenge/assassinations namely through disguises(Agent 47 can disguise into anyone as long he isn't caught Uramiya is revealed to wear a wig and takes it off when necessary) who go by monikers due to the loss of their past or lack there of(Agent 47 to Uramiya)
Both stemmed from a company/organization that specializes in said revenge/assassinations(Underground organization/Grudge Shop for Uramiya; the ICA for 47) as well as tracking information to some extent.
Both do or have someone who gives intel before or during the mission(47 for Diana Burnwood; Uramiya for Johoya)
Both do this bussiness not for the thrill or such, but for bussiness, making them more or less cold to some, yet still have a heart to their closest friends, even a soft spot for the little girls they do protect(47 for Victoria; Uramiya for Rina due to a sense of similar origins)
Also despite the wacky things happening, both do operate on a level of "realism" to some extent(well kind of)
