She-Hulk, in her rage, struck up to Powergirl at a fast pace that it caught Powergirl off guard, leaving She-Hulk to tackle the busty kryptonian in the air and both of them flying down to earth, She-Hulk began to lay the smackdown on Powergirl, creating punches so hard that they created cracks on the desert battlefield, but She-hulk didn't care as she laid some more punches, and proceeds to end with a wrestling arm drop, but Powergirl managed to roll out of it, Powergirl tries to fly out of it, but She-hulk managed to grab powergirl by the cape, but Powergirl fired her heat vision to keep She-Hulk busy, but as Powergirl tries to use her x-ray vision, she-hulk grabs powergirl by her short puffy hair and face and tries to slam her head to the ground, but powergirl manages to use her legs as leverage and yet send both ladies to the ground, creating a deep hole, but not a large canyon of sorts, both break away, got up and were trying to breath from the long fight they had, the sun was almost going down on the horizon, it was noon, and She-Hulk and Powergirl were in a position that looked like a western stand-off, both eyed each other with glorious rage, but this will end with a knockout punch from the likes of both strong heroines, and they won't be pulling any punches. She-Hulk and Powergirl charged with all their might and laid out their strongest punch they could muster, they punch in a smooth style that their fists past each other right to her rival's face, making rocks come out as well as flying off from the cliffs, as well as a sonic boom was creating by each ladies' impact. When the dust clears and the announcer could see what has happen, he could have seen Powergirl rise up or She-hulk standing, instead he sees both combatants on the ground, bruised and tired, both of them must have been knocked out by the other's last punch. This was something that couldn't go on, so the announcer decides to stop the live feed and posted the video, with the description saying, the victor will not be announced yet. So the announcer went in and came down the ditch in which Powergirl and She-Hulk lay still, he checked their heartbeats, still beating enough to seem unconscious, he then did CPR, which may have a high chance that one of the muscular heroines may knocked him out cold as well. But thankfully, he didn't receive a punch that will sent him flying to space or something, both heroines were awake, but the announcer feels like they may start to fight again, perhaps creating a hole that leads to the earth's core, or worst, released the demons from the underworld, but instead, both of them laughed and talked like it was a good match.

"Heh, seems for a busty alien, you punched harder than I expected." Said She-Hulk, as she got up wiping off the dirt and rocks in her big hair and green skin. "Says you, woman, you let down the beatdown much harder than what the Hulk has." Said Powergirl as she stood up and dusted away the dirt from her puffy blonde hair and her white clothes. "Still, maybe after this fight, why don't we considered ourselves equals, I think it's more fun to share the top then being alone there." Said She-Hulk, as she stretched her arms and legs. "Besides, I always thought you were pretty hot and strong, and it's not just from the cleavage and super strength." She-Hulk also said. "That's what I also thought, you're kind of strong and hot, with her big thick green hair and skin, I think we could both hang out more, showing off our muscles in flex-offs." Said Powergirl, as she flexes her muscles, showing a strong arm, She-Hulk in return shows off one of her muscular arms, showing a sign of respect in muscle and strength. "And I know who should be our first spectator." Both said in unison, and they turned to the announcer, who was shocked that they noticed him. She-Hulk walked towards him, towering over the awe-struck and blushing announcer like a large tower. "You saved us, and I would like you to be the first spectator of our little muscle show between us, not fighting, I see, so tell me, what is your name?" She said, moving her arm down on his right shoulder. "Simon Kiler." He said in a straightforward manner, feeling scared yet honored to be noticed by Powergirl and She-Hulk. "Well, seems like you have earned our respect for filming the fight and saving us, but I think the winner should be both me and Shulkie, we're too strong for each other and would like to be declared the winners, me and her have become friends." Powergirl said, patting her blonde puffy hair. "Okay, that can be arranged." Said Simon, as he agrees that if She-hulk and powergirl were to continue fighting ,they may start a third civil war, and elder gods know how much the world needs that. "Alright, time to show our muscle show." Both ladies said, as Powergirl grabbed She-hulk by one arm and the announcer in her other arm. Simon was a lucky man as well as announcer, and that he was going to experience a great award.
