GalvaEmperor (if there's anybody who knows ReCreators could help out) this is more or less one way just to play with the whole Created "birth" of sorts, just because it's more lighthearted in this verse(which says a lot when it's made by the same company who did Black Lagoon)...dosen't mean it has its dangers, let alone troubles in the consideration that well you're bringing fictional characters to life, and with no Altair(as far we can show) it's implied anyone is fair game, no matter how gritty or dangerous they are in universe. That said not all are form or came here by magical means, or "isekai'd" in a genre savy way.

Mainly the original way could be through magical means(Main Cast including Jack Slater through higher beings or magical tools)

Again some could been brought here by technological means or forcibly extracted from their worlds, which makes their introduction realizing their fictional characters...well not really a easy one to comprehend or accept(Especially more grounded characters such as Uruma, Mr. A or Walker)...and those who aren't so lucky or well known tend to be in "eternity" between worlds, turning them into zombie-like "Retcon Jaunts" mainly just a meta nod to my pilotverse ideas and serve as for better or worse cameos. Hey it's not easy realizing you're fictional or becoming famous in fictional works in SCUs....unless you know your stuff like a certain Control Freak(who might appear in this royale for better or worse). But some might have some actual "glitches" such as a familiar....schoolgirl in a sense(yeah it's Monika)
