After thinking how Yang vs Tifa needs a remake per say....there's also the other side of their iconic pairings, notably the Coolheaded Swordsman and the Cat Faunus Huntress, Cloud and Blake, both oddly aloof and brooding as some could get in a way(and were once part of a militia, mostly Soldier and White Fang_...which may or may not be ship material on their own, and open to many snarky interactions imo.
