I mean, this IS the most likely relationship between the heroines with "black" in their titles, and in a way, are similer yet unsimilar, both(in some cases) were orphans of sorts, both had or currently worked in secret governmental teams,
and both were part or had been in a all-ladies trio. However Nat's from Russia, Dinah from America(discounting All Star Batman of being Irish) and well Nat was a former villian so that's something. So one could say neither got off the right foot during their early days, not helped that well again their titles, which leads them doing more subtle jabs or motions to urge the other into a fight or sassing each other between meetings at times....even in teams-up, yet neither truly wants the other dead or gone, as sometimes when one goes down in a sparring session or the other is about to be killed by a villian, the other swoops in and saves them, as to Natasha, the only person to beat the Canary is the Widow, and for Dinah, that feeling's mutual.
But then again it's not the only time Widows and Canaries could battle, it does in a way go back LONG ago to some extent.
Also Natasha admits Dinah's band rocks in a way.
