Description
Personification of 996 by 李化禹
Tba…
Hikari found 996 in a dumpster while he was walking through an alley to meet up with Credits. He despite taking a few minutes of taking him out and shaking him, 996 seemed unconscious. More alarmingly, injured. Noticing there was a suitcase with him, Hikari grabbed it, and carried the man towards OTHER TIME Program’s studio.
(Hikari didn’t know Atoria well, as there wasn’t any clear hospitals or anythin in the vicinity, and Credits already warned him about the general unfriendliness of the place. So better to take the safer chance.)
Knocking on the studio’s door, Credits opened the door to see Hikari with an unconscious/injured man. Hikari explained how he found him, and was hoping the team can help him. Credits was suspicious at first, since no one knew anything about who this person is, but gave it chance, seeing how Hikari usually has a good eye.
Setting down 996 onto a chair, Wavetapper focused and saw that there was indeed a pulse. Interestingly, a certain pulse. “…They’re a Rhythm.” Wavetapper muttered. Hikari was surprised, as he couldn’t tell 996 was a Rhythm at first glance. The ID that he wore doesn’t even mention it…
Turning around, Hikari was about to say something to Credits, when he spots him looking through 996‘s suitcase. Hikari lightly smacks him, telling him that going through someone else’s belongings is wrong. Credits sighs and backs off, stating that he didn’t find anything bad or personal. Just a bunch of work documents. Strangely, it seems like 996 doesn’t own a Weapons License nor a Netawork pass. It basically means that he’s a Rhythm who can’t have any weapons, nor can does he have access to any Guest Receptions, whatsoever. A secluded person it seems.
something something, 996 gets patched up, learns that he was legally dead for a bit but got that fixed. However, that situation sorta puts a target on him, and so Hikari invited him to Chronicle Metropolis, to which he agreed.
I’d like to think that since 996 is used to intense business work, craming(?) to do as much as he can in a sitting, he’s not as used to full-body movement/speed. And so he’s a much more “strike with minimal movement“ type style, hence the dense patterns? Idk ahdgjwbwbw
