Since I am not sure how to make her fingers right I decided to do her with just the normal fingers and toes and while that is not right for the character it actually does fit with the first graphic novel of X-Men The End where she actually is shown with 5 fingers.... which was corrected back to 3 in the 2nd and 3rd parts of the X-Men The End storyline.

So for her I'm saying this is an AU Talia where she takes after her mother more for looks rather than dad when it comes to number of fingers and toes.
