This is the Spider-Woman variant for my W.E.B. Warriors fanfic I am working on. This is a variant of Jessica Drew that we will see hook up with Julia Carpenter as a couple. Jessica and Julia will both have Psionic Webbing in this and as such will also work closely with Madame Web.
