I play super princess peach (may sister has a copy) it a innocent game. Only her (and people with their mind in the gutter) could see the Vibe Scepter as PMS (hey I when to middle school there) Also Bowser uses the Vibe Scepter in the final Boss so I just blow a big hole in your theory. (Also it a video game)

Side note If you tell me you’re a feminist and I respond “not the crazy kind I hope” Don’t block me, there are crazy feminist www.womenagainstmen.com/media/… and doing that kinda make me think you have given me an answer (unless you unblock me of course then I can forget all out it and refav your art then I will let bygones be bygones) Every group has their share of crazy people, enough said.

Sorry for the nerd rage but at least it not one of those though youtube videos with a guy complain about something (I go there to be entertain not listen to your talk to yourself) Please do not hate me for having a opinion.
