A few years ago, when we were slightly less well acquainted but probably on better terms, the good lady Hirabeth asked me to draw Rinoa from FF8. I seem to remember that this happened during the christmas break, and I remember drawing a LOT of bad Rinoa pics (most of them being ludicrously busty, although I think that was encouraged at the time?) over the course of those couple of weeks.Fast-forward to present day, and I still can't seem to get her quite right. Aside from the fact it might not be a great likeness, I kinda like this picture, and I'm not quite sure why...

I think you really did a great job on this pic, it's totally her. Two things: her cloths don't looks like it's made of wool and her eyes are tad too big.

if you whacked in some colour it'd look pretty damn close to Rinoa. i think it's pretty damn perfect as it is

Though I've seen my fair share of Rinoa drawings on various sites and whatnot, you don't see a lot of good ones(or maybe it's just me?) like this one. I love how you drew her and the blue shading just fits her(she looks good in blue ^^).
I hope to see more Rinoa or whoever else you feel like drawing from the Final Fantasy series in the near future! ^-^

You probably like this picture because it looks awesome.
About the only thing that looks off is that the nose shows most of the bottom part of it (as if seen from a lower angle), when the rest of the face is being looked down at, so the upper part of the nose would probably be what's seen more; And it looks a bit low on the face too but that might just be the angle again.
(If any of that even made sense.)
That aside, totally sweet Rinoa there, it's definitly looking good and I really like the hair.

I love the blue tones in this picture! The pose is great and the eyes and hair look absolutely amazing, but I think the blue tones are what really make this picture. The colors make it seem so much more tangible than just black and white. Great work ^^
