Another collab between me and ~darksilvania of another Fakemon. This time it's a Mr Mime evo!-MONSTRMIME (Monster-Mime)
-Dark/Psychic
-Mime Pokemon
-Evolves from MR.MIME whit Dusk Stone
-"This pokemons remain mute almost all the time, its pretty rare to hear it make a sound. This pokemon is well known for mimicking others movements and it has a unique ability to manipulate and project shadows as a mean of communication. Due to his obscure look and silent ways, people is commonly scared of this pokemon."

it really doesnt work like that. To give it a soft cellshade look, you don't blur the base colors, you blur the EDGE of the shades. Here, exhibit A: [link]
Look at the ponytails, notice how he blurs out the shades on those.
Bluring the base colors just makes it look like the picture went underwater >:
