With it, you can teleport up to 30ft of unoccupied space, it's instant and uses up talent points so it's got some limit haha. Both Ace and NSP-5 have it! Amos and Red just have to walk ig

Talent points, concentration and more esper shenanigans are ahead, so keep them in mind!

Sorry for the delay, I redrew the top half right as I was finishing the page. That frickin pile of bodies is going to be the death of me, and I know I'm going to need to draw a new angle again 😭
