Pretty simple, just drew good ole Bobby Drake with a few icicles hanging off him. If you notice you can see his costume is different shades of blue because I colored his costume like I normally would then went over the whole thing in light blue and made it transparent to make it look like he is actually covered in a layer of ice. Seems more realistic to me I never understood why the comics made his body transparent, he's just covered in ice not made of ice.
