Description
This is general one of five for my empire of Ultron, he's close to getting done but its sequel is far from complete. The idea here is that he’s basically like a gladiator or lead enforcer who purpose is finding and gaining the powers and abilities all heroes or villains so that Ultron can gain necessary data so that he design, upgrade, or evolve either himself or his drones or his generals. It’s the same idea with Technorvore but with him it’s weapons and technology. At his base form here he mainly utilizes copied weapons that he mixes with other weapons or better yet there abilities, like his Captain America shield with panther claws around the ends.
