BLUE, now known as Proceed with Caution, has been in writing hell for 1 and a half years. I just really want to get this one right. I originally had this also be a feature length film for the first draft, but now I think a short film would be much easier. The actual feature length film version of this will come out sometime between 5-12 years from now. With that being said I have good news and some bad news. The bad news is that the short film will not release on December 30th. The good news is that I am now aiming for sometime between August and November of this year so the wait will be over more early.

Now you may be asking... why is it now called Proceed with Caution? The reason is that it better fits with the films story. The story I have planned now is way different than before. The 4th dimension will no longer play a role and will focus on just being a time travel story. The story will be a unique take on time travel and the title will make sense when it releases. Another reason for the name change is that in the original story I felt as though the name for Blue did not really fit in with the story well and because the character Blue was in the name for the title I felt pressured to add him in as much as possible which hurt the story. The story will have a much deeper focus on Garry's character and Blue will still be in it just not as in your face.

The short film will also have a much more different art style that is based on the style for 2000s flash animations. This makes animating easier and also fits in with the 2000s and nostalgic aesthetics.
